WebA binge to me would be just a sitting of pure junk and ridiculous calorie count. For example, my last binge was on Monday and I consumed from 8pm to 10 pm, 2 full packs of chocolate hobnobs, a pack of caramel waffles, 4 large cookies, 4 brownies and a bowl of cereal. Probably sat me at least close to the 6,000 calorie mark.
