As mentioned earlier, the Mega Pro is a 3D Printer. The Extruder / Hot end cable are disconnected and replaced with the 1500mW Laser module’s cable. This leads me to think that the gcode start commands are most likely the same as the 3D printer.

You can try starting 4.6 and with your printer active and a benchy or calibration cube loaded use the "File Save Project" command.
