I got a new heater core from Napa too for $40+. I took a few pix of the cable set-up but everything else seemed really straightforward.

I plan to order one from Napa, but still need to pull mine out to get exact measurements. Supposedly, according to Napa's online search, BK 6551425 should fit. It doesn't look right to me, though.
